Refund on items returned within 10 days from delivery. All Returns are Subject to 15% restocking fee. SpearDeals.com will cover any shipping cost on defective products or if we sent the wrong product. Any products that are returned otherwise must be sent back at the cost of the customer . Please provide copy of receipt or packing slip with return.

All sales are final on modified merchandise (i.e.: Spearguns with wing kits installed and spearguns with reels installed.)
Wetsuits may be returned for store credit only. All wetsuits will be inspected before being shipped , and will be inspected when returned for credit. All wetsuits being returned must be in new unused condition.
