Refunds

For Online ORDERS: SpearDeals will gladly refund the full purchase price to the original method of payment less original shipping charges (shipping and handling) for any product sent back for refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  A brief note as to why you are returning the merchandise should be included in the package or an email to spearfishingdeals@gmail.com.

For any transaction over $100 a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Exchanges

SpearDeals will exchange any product that is new and unused for another style, size of the same product within 30 days of purchase. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Defects

SpearDeals does its best to never ship out defective products. All items that we sell are top quality from the manufacturer. If you wish to know the warranty of any product if applicable before you purchase it, please email us at spearfishingdeals@gmail.com

You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS. Make sure you insure the item for loss or damage.
